Another recommendation mentioned in the video is to ensure you are getting enough water for your weight loss and detoxification efforts to be effective. You must give the body adequate hydration to flush out the toxins lodged in your body. Fat is water soluable and cannot be released without the proper amount. How much? At least 64 ounces. Dr. Wayne recommends starting out in the morning by drinking 16-32 ounces to recover from the deficit during your sleeping hours.
